Product Description

Jump BT is a selective post-emergence herbicide from Bayer containing Topramezone 33.6% SC. It is specially developed for effective control of broadleaf weeds and grassy weeds in maize. The herbicide is rapidly absorbed through leaves and roots, providing excellent weed control while ensuring high crop safety.

How to Use

Apply Jump BT as a post-emergence foliar spray when weeds are at the 2–4 leaf stage. Use the recommended dose of 25–30 ml per acre along with the recommended adjuvant and sufficient water to ensure uniform coverage. The herbicide inhibits the HPPD enzyme in susceptible weeds, disrupting carotenoid biosynthesis, leading to bleaching and eventual weed death.

• Maize: Controls broadleaf weeds such as Amaranthus spp., Digera arvensis, Commelina benghalensis, Trianthema portulacastrum, and grassy weeds including Echinochloa spp., Dactyloctenium aegyptium, Brachiaria spp., and other susceptible annual weeds.
