Product Description

JU Mix2 is a selective herbicide formulated with Metsulfuron Methyl 10% + Chlorimuron Ethyl 10% WP. It provides effective control of broadleaf weeds and sedges in transplanted as well as direct-seeded paddy. The herbicide can be applied as both a pre-emergence and post-emergence treatment, offering long-lasting weed control while helping crops utilize nutrients, water, and sunlight more efficiently.

How to Use

Apply JU Mix2 as a foliar spray for both pre-emergence and post-emergence weed management in paddy fields. Use the recommended dose of 8 g per acre with sufficient water to ensure uniform coverage of the target area. It works systemically by inhibiting the acetolactate synthase (ALS) enzyme, stopping weed growth after absorption.

Recommended Crops & Target Weeds

• Paddy (Pre-emergence): Controls Cyperus iria, Cyperus difformis, Fimbristylis miliacea, Eclipta alba, Ludwigia parviflora, Cynotis axillaris, Monochoria vaginalis, and Marsilea quadrifolia (8 g/acre).
• Paddy (Post-emergence): Controls major sedges and broadleaf weeds including Cyperus iria, Bergia capensis, Sagitaria sagitifolia, Monochoria vaginalis, Commelina benghalensis, and others (8 g/acre).
• Direct Seeded Rice: Controls Cyperus haspan, Cyperus difformis, Fimbristylis miliacea, Monochoria vaginalis, and Marsilea quadrifolia (8 g/acre).
